Yoga Plus Class: Indoor (Atlantic Beach)

So Big Yoga:

A 30-45 minute class for children ages 1-5 years of age, with children's yoga poses of animals and objects, songs and stories, parent must attend.

 

Baby Yoga Class:

A 30 minute class with baby yoga exercise poses that you position the baby into while singing songs. Helps with digestion, improves sleep and exercise muscles, we teach magic poses that can help calm your baby. This is a great class to meet other new moms and bond with your baby. Children 4 Weeks-12 Months with parent.

 

Mom & Baby Yogipilates and Mom & Child Mat Exercise Class: Indoor

A 45 minute indoor class of yoga poses and pilates exercises done with the baby to get you back into shape. Babies must be able to hold up head alone to participate, smaller babies can relax in carrier or beside you on the mat. With Dr. permission moms 4 weeks post-vaginal birth or 6 weeks post-caesaren birth. Bring a mat or beach towel.

 

Stroller/no Stroller Combo Class: Outdoor 60 minutes

Attend this class with or without a stroller or child, class includes walking aerobics, Pilates, Yoga with bands and Qi gong. Safe for moms to be with dr. permission.

 

Yoga Slim & Tone Class: Outdoor

A 45 minute class with some baby yoga, upper body toning with weights and lower body exercises using the weight of the baby. Bring Baby Back or front Carrier.

 

Stroller Yoga Mat Class: Outdoor 90 minute class

An outdoor class that you get the workout while your baby gets the ride. 30 minutes cardio strolling by the ocean with walking lunges, leg lifts. 30 minutes upper body exercies like pushups, tricep dips, hand weights and 30 minutes lower body toning exercises with standing & mat Pilates, full body toning with yoga postures. With Dr. permission moms 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 8 weeks post-caesaren birth. Bring water, yoga mat and a stroller.

 

STROLLER YOGA CLASS: Outdoor 60 minute class

An outdoor class for mothers with the baby in a stroller, includes warm up, kundalini yoga, breath walking exercises & cool down. With Dr. Permission moms can attend at 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 8 weeks post-caesaren birth. Bring water, hand towel and a stroller. Safe for prenatal moms and they can attend with or without a stroller.

 

Stroller Aerobic Class: Outdoor 60 minute class

An outdoor Aerobic fitness class while pushing the stroller. This class includes upper and lower body conditioning exercises, walking aerobic exercises and stretching.

 

Belly Stroll Class: Outdoor or indoor 60 minutes

Attend with or without a stroller, safe prenatal pilates, yoga and walking aerobic exercises.

 

Stroller Fusion Class: Outdoor or Indoor 90 minutes

60 minute Stroller Aerobic class format with 30 minutes of mat pilates and yoga.

Did you know?

You can contribute to your baby's strength and flexability just by changing the position of the crib. Because the baby turns to look for parents when they wake up. This will encourage the baby to use both sides of the body equally.
