Stroller Aerobic Outdoor Class description; 10 minutes warm up, 30 minutes arobbic walking, 15 minutes upper andlower body exercises using exerise bands and standing pilates exercises and 5 minute cool down. Total 1 hour.
Stroller Fusion Outdoor Class description; 30 minutes stroller aerobics with warm up, 30 minutes upper and lower body conditioning exercises using stes, park benches and exercise bands and 30 minutes of mat exercises for abs & legs and yoga poses for a cool down stretch. Total 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Power Stroller Outdoor Class description; Stroller Fusion outline but jogging is added in place of stroller aerobic walks.
Mom & Baby Yogilates Class description; Mat exercises for abs & legs, Yoga poses using the baby holds, suited for babies up to 6 months. Total 45 minutes.
Belly Stroll Class description; Outdoor Aerobic Stroller Class but with modifications for Prenatal Moms. Total 60 Minutes.
Stroller Yoga Class description; Outdoor/indoor Stroller class with Warm up exercises, Kundalini yoga (aerobic), Breath walking exercises and Cool down stretches. Total of 60 minutes.
Certification is awarded after we review the video tape of you teaching at least 1 practice class and your test results are at least 80% correct.
Yearly renewal $100 includes listing on the Strollerjize website, program additions and revisions. Payment can be made through paypal. This certification does not give you the right to sell the Strollerjize name or the class formats, but you can say you are offering strollerjize classes, you will be listed that you were trained by Strollerjize.
Common Questions:
Why is our certification less expensive than other Stroller Fitness Certifications? We are not a franchise, so we do not thave the ongoing costs they have to offer franchising.
Do I have to pay you a percentage of my income? No, once you are certified you just need to pay $100 yearly to keep your certification current.
Do I need to have experience or other training certifications? No, we give you all the information need to teach these classes.

STROLLER YOGA CLASS: Simular to our Stroller Aerobics class but we added Yoga poses with weights. Home Study manual of Safety precautions, class format. $75.00 (Must hold a current Strollerjize or With Child Yoga Certification)
Indoor Aerobic Sculpt Class: Aerobic walks, lower body standing pilates exericses, squats, lunges and upper body hand weight exercises. Total 60 minutes, baby can be in back carrier for this class. $75.00 with current Certification.
