Come join us for some exercise and fun in our Outdoor Stroller or indoor Mom & Baby Yogilates Classes, you get in shape without leaving your child at home, make new friends with other moms in your area and children get to interact with others the same age. Babies and young children practice yoga while they play, we just teach them to realize it in our Baby, Preschool yoga Classes.

Stroller Fusion Class:
An outdoor class that uses the stroller for balance to exercise and for a aerobic workout. You get the workout while your baby gets the ride. We will do aerobic walking, upper and lower body toning exercises Yoga postures and Pilates mat exercise. Read More
